We get all of our fish where possible from Regal Fish in Grimsby. They deliver to Northampton every six weeks or you can order online anytime and pay for delivery. They catch the fish in the morning and deliver it to your door that afternoon or evening.
In a world where we are becoming ever more conscious about what we eat and how we source our food, this is one way we can do the right thing for local businesses, the fishing industry and our health.
