A twist on the classic guacamole. A doddle to make and just really really tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 very ripe avocado, flesh scooped out
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, leaves picked and roughly chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, roughly chopped
- generous pinch of salt
- 1 small green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp lime
Method
- Sprinkle the salt on the garlic to soften it and aid the process of turning it into a paste.
- Put the rosemary, garlic, salt and chilli into a pestle and mortar and pound until smooth but rustic. If you don’t have a pestle and mortar just gently blitz it in a food processor.
- Add the avocado flesh and pound until fluffy, then squeeze in the lime juice. Give it one final stir and and enjoy!
