Ingredients
- Your favourite coffee
- hazelnut liquor – Frangelico is bestÂ
- Vanilla ice cream
- Shortbread – I love lavender shortbread but any sweet biscuit works
Method
Best to use a glass to serve this, as part of the fun of this dessert, is it being acceptable to drink your food at the dinner table!
Simply serve each guest with a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream and a shot glass of strong coffee and the Frangelico. Use shortbread or biscotti to finish.
